Mr. Jacinto Ng Jr., Group Executive Officer of the Joy~Nostalg Group—a spiritually  centered, socially missioned business platform enterprise—is a visionary leader whose  approach to enterprise is rooted in compassion, integrity, and impact. He embodies a  model of leadership where economic excellence and social responsibility are not at  odds but in harmony—each reinforcing the other.

A graduate of Architecture from the University of the Philippines, Mr. Ng has redefined  the landscape of socialized housing in the country creating sustainable, resilient, and inclusive communities where every Filipino family is  treated with dignity. Beyond physical structures, Mr. Ng believes in building up people. His  programs foster a culture of responsibility and hope, planting seeds of transformation  that ripple outward from home to community. In 2024, Mr. Ng was honored as the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Philippines and EY  Master Entrepreneur of the Year—a recognition not just of entrepreneurial achievement,  but of the profound social legacy he is building.
