Our methodology involves systematic implementation of innovative change ideas adapted to local settings. GVMC will lead by example, as a pioneering site to test solutions to healthcare’s most pressing problems. Successful innovations with data driven results and lessons learned from implementing change, will be shared with other hospitals through a collaborative “All Teach, All Learn” approach. This will ensure the rapid dissemination of best practices in quality and patient safety across the country leading to better health outcomes for all and reducing health disparities.
